How it works
Book an open time
Visit the booking site to select an available booking time, or click on "Book A Bay" at the top of the page.
If you have not visited our facility before, you will be required to accept our Terms and Conditions. Before visiting, read our First Time Tips to prepare to make the most of your time.
Receive your access link
Non-members: Visitors who book with us will receive a link that will provide facility access during your scheduled simulator time. The link will be sent to the email of the user on the booking. The link will be active 15 minutes before and after the booking time. Visitors must download the Kisi app and login using the same email address used to create the booking.

Members: Members will be given access via mobile app and will always have access, as long as they are a member. If you are interested in becoming a member, fill out the membership form to let us know!
When you arrive
Login to the Kisi app using the same email you used to create the booking. The door will be visible 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after your reservation time for non-members to open the door and enter the facility. Members will always have access to open the door, regardless of reservations.
Swing Away!
When it is your reservation time, swing away! For troubleshooting tips, visit the First Time Tips page. Helpful information will be posted inside the facility as well.
